They will make sure that your body is getting extra amounts of certain vital nutrients and vitamins that your body needs more of at this particular time, and therefore, it will help you to get far better results that you may miss out on even with what you think is a healthy diet.

If you want foods to lower cholesterol, it of course depends on your taste. But this goes beyond the whole thing of eat your fruits and vegetables.
